Tenants
Once you have found the perfect home, complete the following rental application and submit to us directly or ask your real estate agent to forward to us. We require a non refundable application fee of $40 per single individual (or $40 for a married couple). In addition, we will require the first full month's rent at time of application. This rent check will be returned to you if your application is not approved.
Your application will be reviewed promptly and if all information is complete, we will have a response in 2 business days. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be required to execute a deed of lease. Click here for a sample lease. Once the lease is signed, you will be required to submit the required security deposit and any applicable pet deposit.
