There’s someone on call to answer the phone 24 hours a day and seven days a week. If there’s a flood or a fire, we don’t have time to waste. Before tenants move in, we walk them through every step of the maintenance reporting process. They understand the urgency of reporting problems, and they partner with us to protect the condition of your investment.

Inspecting Your Rental Property

An inspection 90 days into the tenancy is included in our management plans at Castle Property Management. We’ll make sure that everything looks clean, safe, and functional. We’ll look for potential lease violations and make sure your tenants are doing what they agreed to do. We’ll also talk with them, making sure that all their needs have been met. It’s a great way to protect your home and maintain a good, professional relationship with your renters.

When you partner with our team, your 90-day inspection is included, but we can conduct additional inspections when you request them. All of our inspections are well-documented, including the move-in and the move-out inspection, and you’ll receive a full report with photos and recommendations.

Vendor & Tenant Relations

Good vendors are hard to find. We’ve been working with some great professionals for years, and we screen them thoroughly before we add them to our preferred list. When we dispatch a repair person to your property, you know you’re getting a licensed and insured professional who will stand by their work.

Beyond the repair itself, our team handles the invoicing and the payment, and we keep you up to date on everything that’s happening at your property.

Tenant coordination and communication is especially important during maintenance, and we’re clear with your renters before they move in about our expectations. They’ll know to expect our inspections and they’ll know that it’s important to make the property available to workers when repairs are needed.

I rented out a property with McGrath Real Estate for 7 years before it was acquired by a national chain. After it was acquired I felt the service level and attentiveness to client needs degraded a lot. After what I felt were a few bad experiences regarding tenancy decisions I desparately needed someone else so I wouldn't have to worry while being abroad. Glad I found Castle PM. Approach is consultative and collaborative. They give honest and realistic feedback. Rachel is great on the day to day and very responsive. I can't stress enough how relieving it was to have a mgmt co I felt I could trust again and more like a partner than a number. If you are looking to rent out I highly recommend you consider Castle PM. I was more or less able to relax again and let a property mgmt comlany do what it's supposed to do...manage property.
